We showed you the snaps and video from Friday night of Sheree Whitfield and Marlo Hampton filming with the ladies of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and now it is being reported that both ladies have officially finalized their contracts to return for season 8. Via TMZ:

Producers from Real Housewives of Atlanta have officially made a move they hope can fill the void of NeNe Leakes leaving the show.

Sources close to production tell TMZ Sheree Whitfield has finalized her contract with Bravo to return to the show and was filming last night. We’re told former cast member Marlo Hampton will make the occasional appearance on the show as well.

Our source says with the two women returning to the cast, fans will have all the drama they need.

It is also being reported that Sheree’s contract was finalized to the tune of $200,000 for the season. Best decision Bravo has made since firing Claudia Jordan!

It was also revealed that former producer Carlos King who departed last season after being with the show since season 1, is now set to return now that Nene is gone. The two reportedly had some behind the scenes issues which prompted his departure. Carlos went on to co-executive produce TV One’s “Hollywood Divas” along with Kandi Burruss‘ husband Todd Tucker. Now he will be doing double duty on both shows.
