Gladiators!! It is almost time for the season 4 premiere of ‘Scandal‘ and now in a bid to entice fans who are anxiously waiting, the official cast promo shot and teaser have been released. As previously reported the show is moving up an hour to 9/8C on Thursdays, and in the new photo Olivia Pope and associates are dressed to the nines donning tuxes and ballroom gowns galore.
