Martin Lawrence & Will Smith Talk ‘Bad Boys For Life,’ Their Iconic Shows, Will Dishes on Insecurities Over Tupac’s Relationship w/Jada Pinkett Smith & More at ‘The Breakfast Club’

Living legends Martin Lawrence and Will Smith stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club‘ on Monday morning (Jan. 13) to dish on their highly anticipated ‘Bad Boys For Life‘ film which drops this weekend.

The pair chatted it up with the morning crew about the history of the iconic ‘Bad Boys’ franchise and how it came to be, as well as why it took so long for this sequel to see the light of day.

On their iconic respective careers, the guys revealed how their series’ ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air‘ and ‘Martin‘ came to fruition and they reflect on the history of both.

Will also dished on having the courage to let go of the image and perception of himself that the world sees him as (and his marriage) and reveals that he’s also helped friend Tyrese get to that place. Martin dished on people perceiving him as such a loud fun guy but reveals that shockingly he is quite shy.

Will also dished on his awkward relationship and with the late Tupac Shakur and insecurities, he had with Pac due to the fact that he was the love of Will’s wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith‘s life.
