‘Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’ star Benzino was shot by his nephew Gai Scott, during his mother’s funeral procession in Duxbury, Mass today (March 29). Scott was arrested by Plymouth police and charged with assault with intent to murder.  Scott reportedly drove up in his Bentley alongside Benzino’s Dodge SUV and fired multiple gunshots. Benzino got out of his SUV and was taken to the Duxbury police station by a passerby.

“There has been growing family tension between Raymond Scott and Gai Scott,” Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz said in a statement.

The funeral was delayed, but was held with blood-spattered cars and a hearse in the parking lot

Benzino however appears to be fine and even had time to pose for a selfie posted by his good pal Stevie J
