Never one to shy away from social issues and always vocal on her thoughts about injustices to various communities, entertainer Lady Gaga is the latest celeb to put their support behind the ‘Black Lives Matter‘ movement.
Gaga took to social media on Wednesday night (July 20) as the 2o16 Republican National Convention coverage aired and shared a message with her 61. 5 million followers.
I pray for the black community who suffer fear of prejudice, violence & injustice. We need lawfulness, fairness, unity. #BlackLivesMatters

“I pray for the black community who suffer fear of prejudice, violence & injustice. We need lawfulness, fairness, unity. #BlackLivesMatters” she tweeted in support of the movement that aims to bring awareness to police brutality, racism, racial profiling, and other injustices against the black community.
