Mariah Carey‘s latest album ‘Caution‘ has been receiving rave reviews from fans and critics alike since it arrived last Friday, and now the official first week sales total is in.
Led by the buzz single ‘GTFO’ and the official singles ‘With You’ and ‘The Distance’ feat. Ty Dolla $ign, the 10 track set has landed in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 according to the outlet.
Pop diva Mariah Carey earns her 18th top 10 album, as her new studio effort Caution debuts at No. 5 with 51,000 units (43,000 in album sales). Notably, of Carey’s 21 charting efforts, only three have missed the top 10, and all were compilations: #1 To Infinity (No. 29, 2015), The Remixes (No. 26, 2003) and Greatest Hits (No. 52, 2001).
With the latest roll out of her fun and flirty single ‘A No No’ and it’s now in the works all star remix with Lil’ Kim and Cardi B, the album will surely pick up steam and sales in the coming months.
