Kandi Burruss (like many of us watching at home) was not the least bit impressed by the surprise “tribute” to Aretha Franklin at Monday’s MTV Video Music Awards, where Madonna was a surprise guest.
Madge was there to present the award for ‘Video of The Year’ but before doing so, she took a few minutes to honor the Queen of Soul who just died days ago. The only problem is, her speech was not really about Franklin, but more so about her.
Well Ms. Burruss took to Instagram live to share her thoughts on the moment and she was less than impressed, and we agree. Get in below.
