Fans of Rihanna have been waiting for new music from the ‘Pour It Up’ singer and if reports are true, the Navy might be getting it sooner rather than later. Gackhollywood.com is reporting:

According to credible sources, the bajan-beauty is readying up the release of her first single from her unofficial titled ‘R8’ album, which is also expected for release next month.

As Rihanna has been gushing to fans how much time she has been spending in the studio these past couple of months, it’s almost certain now that Rih is going to drop a new song sometime this month.

“Rihanna Navy can look out for the first single off the album this month and it will be a guarantee hit, Rih put a lot of effort into this track working with DJ Mustard,” one source shared.

“All the tracks for the album are already recorded with some bonus added to the mix to choose from, so the project is being prepped for a November 25 release date.”

DJ Mustard reportedly penned several tracks for Rihanna’s new album — several of those ended up making the cut, it’s being alleged.

The singer has remained silent on a new album and a new single release but several outlets confirm that the record has already been wrapped and sent to Roc Nation — marking her first album solely being released under Jay-Z’s record label

It is also reported that Rihanna’s team are set to make an official announcement on the single and album in a matter of days, and if the reports are true the album will arrive just in time for Black Friday, which also sees the releases of Faith Evans, Nicki Minaj and reportedly Beyonce who is re-releasing her current self titled album in a four disc set. The new album will be the follow up to 2012’s ‘Unapologetic’ which to date has sold over three million copies world wide.
