There is beauty in diversity and Creator Director Olivier Rousteing happily displays that in the Balmain Fall 2014 campaign shot by Mario Sorrenti. Models Binx Walton, Cara Delevingne, Issa Lish, Jourdan Dunn, Kayla Scott and Ysaunny Brito help the designer bring to life his vision of what the brand stands for.

On the label’s website, Rousteing had this to say: “I could not be more happy with this campaign. It illustrates my vision of the house. These six different women, from such an incredible mix of backgrounds, are all united to present what a modern French house can be. This campaign both reflects today’s realities and the possibilities of the fashion world.” A lack of diversity has been a hot topic these last few years thanks to people such as Bethann Hardison, who calls out designers and fashion houses for that blatant lack proper representation on the runways.
