Ciara has been working overtime to deliver for Halloween this year.

Well, on Saturday she and hubby Russell Wilson officially WON Halloween 2020 with a Janet Jackson and Busta Rhymes costume straight from their 1999 hit ‘What’s It Gonna Be?‘
