For years, Trina has been a ride or die supporter of Nicki Minaj. Despite the fact that some of Trina’s peers (Lil Kim, Remy Ma) have been on the receiving end of Nicki’s shade and jabs–Trina has remained seemingly neutral and supported Nicki.
Well apparently the claims that Trina’s counterparts have been voicing for years, are now coming to light for Trina and her team–following what her team is saying are shady antics on Nicki’s part.
It started when Reginald Saunders, Trina’s A&R at her Rockstarr Music Group took to Instagram early on Monday (Aug. 12) and called Nicki out directly for what he says is her throwing shade to Trina by backing out of doing a video for their single ‘BAPS‘ and also trying to sabotage the songs release in general.

Reggie then took it a step further and did an interview with Funky Dineva where he gave more insight on the drama.
It didn’t stop there. Trina’s cousin and ‘Love & Hip Hop: Miami‘ co-star/rapper Bobby Lytes took to social media to also voice his frustration with Nicki and her shady tactics.
While Trina has not commented directly, she has made a few subtle posts the past few days on her social media.
