Tyler James Williams won his first-ever Golden Globe Award for ‘Best Supporting Actor in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy’ for his role on ‘Abbott’.

The nomination is even more monumental because it is his first nomination ever.

The celebration continued as his co-star and the show’s creator, Quinta Brunson also snagged a major honor for the night.

Brunson snagged the award for ‘Best Actress in a TV Series, Musical or Comedy’ for her role as Janine Teagues.

This was the freshman year for the creator and star at the Globes. Tuesday night’s awards show also marked her first-ever nomination and win at the Golden Globes.
