Chris Brown may have scored a major victory in court just this past week when he was awarded split custody of his daughter Royalty (click HERE), but it looks like he might just be headed back to court for another issue.
As I previously told you (click HERE), Chris reportedly backed out of an alleged agreement to appear at Atlanta gay pride for a girls event on last Saturday. According to Traxx Girls, Inc. founder Melissa Scott, she negotiated a contract for Chris to appear at the event and introduce his good friend Teyana Taylor who was performing. Chris however was a no show and he later took to social media to refute the claims that he bailed on his gay fans and claimed that he was not aware of the event.
Well now Melissa Scott is responding and says not only did Chris know about the event but that she paid his requested fee to secure his appearance and now as a result of him not showing, she is seeking legal counsel. Check out her official statement below.
“We are extremely disappointed Chris Brown did not show up to our annual Saturday night party during Pure Heat, Atlanta Black Gay Pride weekend. We negotiated a contract in good faith and paid the agreed upon deposit via wire transfer. We fully expected Mr. Brown to appear for our ladies and we are shocked and saddened that he would deny that we had an agreement. At this time, Traxx Girls is reviewing its options with Legal counsel.”
