Wendy Williams has been telling it like it is for over three decades on radio and TV, and now the daytime diva will do the same in her newly executive produced biopic ‘Wendy Williams: The Movie‘ for Lifetime.

The talk show host previously announced the project and has been giving a few teaser shots from the film, but on Thursday came the official trailer for the highly-anticipated biopic.

In the film, Wendy who will be played by actress Ciera Payton of ‘The Oval’–will tackle her storied career, and well documented history of substance abuse, her also well documented troublesome marriage and subsequent divoce, and much more.

‘Wendy Williams: The Movie’ is a 2-hour premiere on Saturday, Jan. 30, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Lifetime and will also feature an exclusive 2 hour documentary on Wendy before the film.
