The highly anticipated Wendy Williams biopic ‘Wendy Williams: The Movie‘ and its accompanying documentary ‘What A Mess‘ both aired on Saturday and now the official numbers are in!

Both the film and special brought in some big numbers for the network that had been touting the project for months.

Expectations were high, especially following the Salt-N-Pepa biopic and post-movie special that aired just the week prior and brought in great ratings for the network.

So how did Wendy’s Saturday event do!?

Check out the stats below!

Both the film and documentary occupied the no. 1 and no. 2 spot respectively for Saturday night’s cable ratings topping the 18-49 rankings with a 0.44 rating and averaged 2.15 million total viewers. Way more than Lifetime’s usual Saturday night showing according to THR.
