The Breakfast Club, Donnie Simpson, Angie Martinez & More Nominated For Radio Hall of Fame c/o 2020

Posted July 9, 2020

For almost 10 years, Angela Yee, DJ Envy, and Charlamagne Tha God have dominated the radio airwaves with their wildly popular morning show ‘The Breakfast Club‘ on Power 105.

Now the trio has been nominated for the 2020 class for the Radio Hall of Fame in the Active Network/Syndication (10 years or more) category.

With this category, only people who are on the participant panel for the Radio Hall of Fame will be allowed to vote for who gets inducted. Other nominees so far include Angie Martinez, Donnie Simpson, Sway Calloway, and more.

Due to COVID-19 health and safety concerns, the 2020 induction ceremony will be held as a live radio broadcast from multiple locations this October. The date and additional details will be announced along with the final inductees later this Summer.

Charlamage took to social media to celebrate being the nomination.
