Usher is still doing things HIS way!

The singer who is currently selling out shows as part of his ‘My Way’ Las Vegas residency announced just days ago that his hit sophomore album (of the same name) would turn 25 this week and would be celebrated with a 25th-anniversary re-release as well as a mini-documentary to coincide.

On Friday (Sep. 16), both the album and ‘My Way 25’ arrived for fans to stream and view respectively.

The expanded edition includes all the original tracks from the 1997 release, with reimagined versions of the album’s three singles “My Way,” “Nice & Slow,” and “You Make Me Wanna…” redone with drummer/producer Ryan James Carr.

Fans got a taste of the reimagined versions during Usher’s recent NPR Tiny Desk concert earlier this year. Additionally, the mini-documentary is directed by Dolapo Sangokoya and features interviews with Jermaine Dupri. The clip which is set to drop at 7 pm EST on Friday will include exclusive behind-the-scenes footage and never-before-seen archival footage of Usher from the ‘My Way’ era.
