After weeks of speculation, it was confirmed this week that ‘Love & Hip‘ stars Safaree Samuels and his fiancé Erica Mena are expecting their first child together.
The two made the official announcement this week via the unveiling of a “Bonnie & Clyde” inspired maternity shoot for their network home, VH1.

Fans and blogs alike have been suspecting the two were expecting based on recent pics where Erica has been covering her belly and wearing oversized clothes to hide her stomach. Other than talks of their upcoming wedding, the two have played coy–but on Tuesday (Oct.1) all was revealed.
This will be Safaree’s first child and Erica’s second child (she has an older son from a previous relationship).
Fans will get to see their pregnancy and wedding journey on the upcoming season of ‘Love & Hip Hop’ New York, when it returns for its tenth season as we previously told you.
