Omarion is taking his “unbotheredness” to the next level with the release of his first book ‘Unbothered: The Power of Choosing Joy’ which aims to teach others how to reach their inner peace.

The singer previously announced the book earlier this year, and this week he began the promo rounds to discuss and promote the book.

He dished on his rise to fame in the music industry and the experiences that inspired the book and opened up on his mental health and spiritual growth over the past few years.

The ‘Entourage’ singer touched on his drama with his B2K group members, his relationships with them specifically Raz-B, and the recent critique where Raz said that he was triggered by Omarions’ new documentary that shows Raz dealing with his mental health issues he battled during the group’s reunion tour a few years ago.

He also dished on the group’s lack of brotherhood and jealousy that he says they felt toward him, Fizz‘s relationship with his ex, Apryl Jones, whether he witnessed any sexual abuse from Chris Stokes, and reacts to their recent shade-filled ‘Drink Champs’ interview that we previously showed you.

Elsewhere, he dished on the drama that surrounded his Verzuz with Mario, his time signed with Rick Ross‘ Maybach Music and their falling out, announced his new album ‘Full Circle’ and more.
