Brandy is back and ready to kick off a new era with new music, and her first album in 8 years.
The singer has released her highly anticipated new single ‘Baby Mama’ ft. Chance The Rapper on Friday, from her forthcoming seventh studio album. The new album, tentatively titled ‘B7‘ will be the follow up to her 2012 album ‘Two Eleven.’
The new single was set to arrive back in late March but was delayed due to the coronavirus and quarantine activity ramping up. Brandy revealed days week ago the song would now finally arrive on May 1 and teased its upcoming visual as well.
‘Baby Mama’ is her first release since ‘Freedom Rings‘ which arrived back in September 2019.
The Hit-Boy produced track serves as an ode to the single mothers around the world, and all that they do for their children while working and keeping their households going. Get into it below.
