Singer Lil Mo is coming clean about her struggles with opioid addiction, domestic disputes and ultimately the demise of her marriage to boxer Karl Dargan.

The couple who had been married for several years was plagued with rumors of infidelity and ongoing domestic issues for most of their relationship, so during a recent stop to ‘The Breakfast Club,‘ the R&B singer came clean on all the drama that went down in her marriage.

Mo revealed that Karl cheated on her frequently, would physically assault her, and even spit on her. She says there were a series of altercations that got physical, and where she felt her life was in danger.

She reveals that in order to get up each day, take care of her children and function, she became a functioning addict, addicted to opioids. She revealed she was doing them so much that she became a regular to street dealers in North Philly and even had an overdose scare.

Mo dealt with this all while struggling to maintain her marriage until she decided to leave Dargan, and was forced to kick her opioid addiction thanks to her manager and family and come back to the D.C./ Maryland area to start fresh.
