John Legend Announces ‘A Legendary Christmas’ Album Produced by Raphael Saadiq+Tour To Follow [Details]

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Now that fall is officially here, you can expect the Christmas themed albums and celebrations to begin rolling out.

Singer, John Legend has just announced that he will be releasing his first ever Holiday themed album and will be hitting the road as well to promote the project according to Rap Up:

John Legend has announced his first Christmas album, which will be released by Columbia Records on Oct. 26. Executive produced by Raphael Saadiq, the project features six original tracks and four classic Christmas songs including “What Christmas Means to Me” featuring Stevie Wonder on harmonica and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” a duet with Esperanza Spalding.

In support of the album, Legend will embark on “A Legendary Christmas Tour.” The 25-date trek kicks off Nov. 15 in Clearwater, Fla. and will hit cities including Atlanta, New York, and Los Angeles, wrapping Dec. 30 in San Diego.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, Oct. 5. A pre-sale is available now.
