Iggy Azalea’s ‘The Great Escape Tour’ is turning into the ‘The Great Big Disaster Tour’ and it hasn’t even started yet. The trek which would be the rap sirens first headlining tour, was set to kick off this spring but the tour has now been delayed until the fall.

Tuesday March 10, reports began surfacing that Azalea’s tour was cancelled due to lack of promotion and conflict between her and management. Def Jam Recordings however are saying the tour is indeed still on but has been delayed “to accommodate for creative team availability and tour productions, it was determined that the tour will not be ready this spring.” according to Billboard. They are also saying reports of a riff between she and her team are absolutely not true.

They went on to say “It’s important to Iggy that she delivers the show she envisaged to share with her fans and that requites more time in development”

“I want everything to be right — everything, from the tour book to what someone wears. Even the right faces for the dancers, and their attitude,” Azalea told GQ during their interview for the magazine’s February 2015 issue. “Everything is equally important. At the moment, I’m just trying to work on the initial stage design and making a stage that I feel like can engage… in an arena that big.”

Due to the tour delay, Iggy’s opening acts Nick Jonas and Tinashe have ultimately decided to drop off the tour. New opening acts are set to be announced soon. Check out the new dates below.
