Irv Gotti has been throwing shots at Ashanti for quite a while now regarding his issues with her and the fallout they had following the legal indictments that seemingly took down Murder Inc/The Inc. Records.

However, it was Irv’s recent visit to the ‘Drink Champs’ podcast where he officially went all in and revealed more personal details about their alleged intimate relationship.

Irv has been very vocal about his alleged affair with Ashanti, who he signed and propelled to massive success. He has recently admitted that he and Ashanti were in a full-blown relationship while he was a fully married man.

He also revealed that despite being married and cheating on his wife, Ashanti was technically single. Irv revealed that he found out Ashanti was in another relationship with rapper, Nelly after the pair showed up at a public event together while he allegedly thought he and his protege were still together.

During his recent ‘Drink Champs’ interview, he went on to reveal more personal details about their alleged relationship, sexual encounters, their fallout, and where they stand now.

Well following the clip making its rounds, Ashanti and Irv’s mutual friend, Fat Joe took to social media to speak on the matter.

Joe who seemingly is like a big brother to Ashanti, says that although he understands Irv feeling the way he does, the constant disrespect to Ashanti and calling her out of her name is out of line.

He also felt as though fellow friend, Ja Rule should have come to her defense since he was “sitting right there.” Get into it below.

Irv also took to social media to respond to the backlash he’s receiving over his statements and says that he is just answering the questions that were presented to him.

Messy!
