The ladies of ABC‘s new sitcom ‘Queens‘ are on the promo trail for the show and on Tuesday morning the cast including Brandy, Eve, Naturi Naughton, and Nadine Velazquez stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club‘ to dish on the show which premieres tonight.

The ladies dished on their characters and what inspired them, specifically Naturi dished on trying to make her character different than her previous roles of Tasha on ‘Power’ and her role of Lil Kim from the ‘Notorious’ film. Nadine also dished on the females in Hip Hop who inspired her character.

They also dished on if they would join a female group similar to the one they play on the show, while Naturi recounts her time in 3LW saying she would not, and even gives tea that her episode of ‘Cribs’ with 3LW from back in the day was staged.

Elsewhere, Eve dished on her recently announced pregnancy and why she left ‘The Talk‘ earlier this year, why she wasn’t able to attend her ‘Verzuz‘ with Trina in person and gets emotional while discussing DMX‘s passing.

Brandy dished on her daughter, Syrai and her weight loss journey and online criticism she receives and gave an update on Ray J and his recent health scare.
