According to Sister 2 Sister Magazine, R&B bad boy Ray J and girlfriend, former Roc A Fella Records artist Teairra Mari are possibly headed to our small screens to star as the primary couple in the popular VH1 Franchise ‘Love & Hip Hop’. The two won’t be added to the Atlanta cast nor will they fill in at the newly vacated New York cast, but will be added to a third LA based segment. Though not confirmed allegedly, Mona Scott Young and producers are in the casting stages, and Scott Young has gone on record stating that she was indeed looking to add additional cities to the franchise.

This would be a perfect fit, as Ray-J has made many a headline, and has done several reality shows, including VH1’s ‘For The Love of Ray J’, ‘Family Business’ with sister Brandy, and most recently as the host of ‘Bad Girls Club All Stars’ on Oxygen. Mari who has been in the studio working on new music also is familiar with the reality TV world as she was featured on Season 2 of ‘Love & Hip Hop: NY’.  We loved her on the show and thought she would have made a great permanent addition. Rumors also suggest that former NY cast member Somaya Reece may return to the LA version, after she departed the NY cast after season 2 ended.
